This cozy hideaway exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals, and the town and supermarket were just a short walk away. The view of the countryside was absolutely lovely, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The host was friendly and even left delicious treats for us to enjoy. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a first-class iron. We can't wait to return!
The only downside was the slightly hot weather, but the host had provided a fan to help keep us cool.

What a wonderful stay at Hideaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the tastefully chosen facilities and the attention to detail. The cozy and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and it was a pleasant surprise to find essential consumables like salt, pepper, coffee, and shower gel provided. Not to mention the bonus of fresh fruit and a delicious cake that were much appreciated. The views into the Vale of Pewsey and the hills at the edge of Salisbury Plain were simply breathtaking, making our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly host, along with their charming dogs, made us feel right at home. Even though the place was smaller than expected, it had a cozy ambiance that added to its charm. And despite being near a busy road, the noise was hardly noticeable at night. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the hot shower was excellent. We also loved the quirky upper alcove with the bed, which brought back childhood memories in a wonderfully adult-appropriate way. we had a superb experience at Hideaway and will definitely recommend it to others.
